Template documentationUsed when a file has no information regarding its copyright. This should ideally never be required, and copyright information of any such files should be found. Similarly, files should ideally not be uploaded without such knowledge..
Sets Property:License to "unknown" and the Property:License incomplete to "true".
Supports nocat as a parameter to prevent setting properties for demonstration purposes.
