== Factors ==
* Pawns have a base of {{good|100%}}. This is typically not shown to players in the inspection panel.
* Pawns with the [[Ideoligion#Growth vats|Growth Vats: Essential]] precept recieve a {{good|x130%}} increase to this stat.

This bonus only applies to pawns with the relevant Ideology and does not speed up the gestation of embryos or infants.
